Need to return an item? Bought the wrong product? Don't need it anymore? Not to worry, we have you covered! Return any unopened, unaltered item up to 30 days after you receive it for a full refund (less return shipping).
If you would like to return an item, simply contact us and provide your order number.
We'll always do our best to take care of you!
NOTE: In some cases we cannot provide refunds for items that have been opened (unless the product is defective). So make sure before opening the package that you have the correct test strips for your meter or the correct lancets for your lancing device.
